Job Description

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Mass Communication / Business Administration Intern to support our Marketing Communications team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to digital marketing, internal communications, campaign management, and market research, while working closely with regional and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Communication Manager in communication initiatives and the Customer Excellence Program.
  • Assist in organizing and managing internal meetings and workshops, including liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, marketing automation, social media, and display campaigns.
  • Monitor, track, and optimize campaign performance on a daily basis.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance against KPIs and ROI.
  • Conduct market research and generate insights to support marketing strategies.
  • Brainstorm with regional teams to identify new and creative growth strategies.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Maintain and update databases and marketing records.
  • Support content management for online and digital channels.
  • Track the effectiveness and outcomes of marketing campaigns.
  • Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write for different channels.
  • Comfortable using online and digital platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive, positive, and “can-do” attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. creating newsletters or videos) is an added advantage.
