Job Description

Gain hands-on experience by directly contributing to real rollout and integration projects. You'll thrive in an international environment, benefiting from direct mentorship across Product, Engineering, and Costumer Success.

Your contribution to something big:

  • Assist in onboarding new customers and regional rollouts of the platform;
  • Support Country Specialists in planning, executing, and monitoring rollout activities;
  • Help customers configure the product and adapt it to their business processes;
  • Support ERP system integration through our REST API (authentication, calls, testing, troubleshooting);
  • Gather and analyze technical requirements from customers;
  • Perform functional testing, validation of data flows, and error investigation;
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams (Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Support);
  • Document use cases, configuration guidelines, FAQs, and API usage examples;
  • Report progress, risks, and incidents in a clear and structured way.

 

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: 

  • Academic background or training in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience);
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, JSON, REST APIs);
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
  • Strong motivation to learn, collaborate, and grow within a supportive design team environment.
