Job Description
IT Warehouse Support
This role is for someone who’s confident working on the ground — not just behind a screen. You’ll be responsible for keeping warehouse IT operations stable and reliable. When something goes down, you take control and solve it.
What You’ll Do
What You’ll Do
- Act as the main IT contact for warehouse partners and internal logistics teams — from setup and rollout to troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with central IT teams for network/system maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Ensure stable Bosch WAN connectivity and system uptime across external warehouse sites.
- Provide first-level support for SAP and mobile barcode applications used in daily warehouse operations.
- Escalate system or application issues to relevant IT teams or partners when needed.
- Train users and support new joiners on warehouse IT systems.
- Monitor and maintain daily IT services — computers, printers, scanners, and ticket handling.
- Take part in warehouse IT projects such as site expansions, relocations, and system rollouts.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar fields.
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
- Comfortable communicating in English (spoken & written).
- Able to travel to multiple warehouse locations (own transportation is a plus).
- Practical knowledge of networking, hardware, scanners, and printers.
- Experience with SAP or other enterprise applications.
- Familiar with ITIL and service management tools.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and able to work independently — you take ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
