Job Description
- Purchasing Project Management assistant for new projects, based in the RB Project Purchasing team Suzhou.
- Data Maintenance in SAP system
- Purchase orders (e.g. tools, A/B/C/D samples) both for new parts and serial parts
- Coordinate Engineering Change processes.
- Support for Part releases and audit the production process at suppliers
- Support for project purchasing management for series & ECR projects.
Qualifications
- Professional English skills, both written and spoken.
- Good social and communication skills as well as negotiation experiences.
- Able to professional use MS Excel, as well as experienced in working within SAP ERP System.
- Proactive and able to work independently, but also as a part of team.
- Flexible in ability to adapt to different project requirements and environments.
