Job Description

Quality Assurance

  • Coordinate of Inspection quality/traceability improvement;
  • New project process risk [Check List] review
  • Ramp-up assurance implementation
  • Be key team member for setting up “Fire Wall” in manufacturing lines;
  • Work together with Planning engineer review and update PFMEA in case of process change or customer input;
  • Early Warning System implementation & Quick reaction
  • Work with Production & Process to improve the slip through rate (QWI & Component Damage)
  • Work with Production & Process & TEF to ensure the product traceability (Analysis station)
  • Analysis the failure parts from testing process, to find out the potential risk (Analysis station)
  • Track the implementation of engineering changes and concessions in manufacturing lines;
  • Data analysis.

Problem Solving (Daily Business)

  • Collect and control FOR data in manufacturing lines, make visualization report
  • Coordinate with process engineer to use the quality tool (8D/PSS…) to solve the problem
  • Coordinate on analysis the root cause of defected products with each Process Engineer, centralize the failure information, and tracking the implementation of defined actions
  • Follow up the parts at quarantine area for further disposal
  • Handle the raw material issues, coordinate with PQA/FA for affect range clarification/Sorting and other matters
  • Follow up NCR cases with PQA, push cost claim from supplier side

Customer Satisfaction

  • Work together with Process/QMM analysis, risk assessment and define the solution for 0-km/field products;
  • Coordinate and follow up the open points:manufacturing from customer audit, quality system audit, process audit or product audit;

Reporting

  • Internal failure cost (IFC & NONIFC) & FOR report preparing
  • Batch Release management
  • Mentor for Q-technician
  • Perform the tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above,major in electron or mechanism
  • 2 years or above electronic industry working experience,automotive industry experience is plus
  • Proficient in IPC-610F Class III and familiar with IPC-600
  • Proficient in SMT process and problem solving process(5Why experience)
  • Familiar with traceability system
  • Familiar with control plan,FMEA and spec review
  • Comprehensive experience on auditee and auditer
