• Responsible for requirement analysis and mechanical development of E-motor according to customer and Bosch internal requirements
• Prepare product specifications (2D/3D) and technical specifications for products
• Prepare and follow up DFMEA and validation plan
• Responsible for technical review and communication with colleagues and suppliers to ensure parts quality
• Technical release of mechanical parts
• Support quality department to solve outsourcing quality problems and customer quality issues
• Support manufacturing for sample build and quality issues

Essential：

• Master’s degree of above, major in mechanical design or electromechanical engineering
• Min. 3 years of relevant mechanical development experience
• Proficient in mechanical design, familiar with relevant methods (e.g. DRBFM, FMEA, DFMEA)
• Strong communication skills, good teamwork, and good at coordinating internal and external resources
• Passion for work, strong independent work ability
• Fluent in English: reading, writing and speaking (fluent discussion of technical topics possible)

Preferred：

• Experience in new energy vehicle e-Drive development and related standard is plus
• Experience in E-Motor development is plus
• FEA simulation skill is plus
