Electrified Motion is shaping a sustainable way of driving.
We enable our external customers and internal partners to successfully drive electrified mobility forward with our top quality and innovative low and high voltage electrified solutions. We shape the market actively with our power electronics, electric motors, eAxles, comfort actuators, charging solutions, as well as electromechanical components and systems such as drives for e-bikes and e-scooters, thermal and wiper systems along with vehicle stabilization applications for our internal customers in the divisions.

Main Responsibilities
- Combined role of Acquisition and Commercial Manager per the Agile Sales blueprint.
- Responsible for commercial and technical sales as Senior Sales Engineer for EM Customers in NA.
- Responsible to assist GCT and RCT in developing and executing sales strategies to reach the yearly acquisition target and to maximize business growth. Includes development and alignment of NA pricing strategies with the BU (e.g. bottom line, QS, PCR, OTT).
- Responsible to track and to ensure consistency for Salesforce, PCR, RMI, OTT, A/R, Special Sales, ED&T, Packaging, IFRS-15, SBF and Cost Disclosures.
- Responsible for accurate BBMSP planning (e.g. volumes, pricing, product).
- Responsible to maintain and increase relationship building and man-mapping in Advanced and Functional Engineering in coordination with the EM Engineering team for all BU.
- Responsible to assist GCT and RCT in strategic war gaming efforts.
- Active participation in weekly, program-specific, cross-functional team meetings.
Main Tasks
- Acquisition, EBIT accepted, EBIT running business, A/R, RMI, PCR (per targets).
- Win all pre-aligned business opportunities.
- Coordinate quotes.
- Responsible to aid CCE to acquire new business opportunities.
- Active participation in customer meetings.
- Aid in coordination of all quality/warranty/supply issues.
Commercial Management
- Salesforce / RFQ coordination.
- Price / PCR / ECR Change Management.
- Business Planning / Capacity Confirmation Planning / BBMSP.
- Contract / PO / BP tracking and discrepancy resolution.
- A/R resolution.
- Production tooling and cost recovery.
- Sample quotation and cost recovery.
- Support all open issues meetings.
- Maintain good customer relations (Purchasing, Engineering, Supplier Quality) through regular communications and networking.
Acquisition Management
- Gather competitor market, pricing and technology intelligence.
- Communicate this intelligence to Bosch via positions papers, meeting minutes / visit reports.
- Coordinate product / technology road map information with PRM for presentation to targeted customer contacts.
- Gather acquisition timing for specific products.
- Lead and coordinate RFQ process through Salesforce.
- Coordinate and lead quotation teams for submission of all necessary quotation documentation (i.e. with ENG, MFG, CTG, QMM, CLP, PJM, PRM, EO, Legal, Compliance, and BU leads).
- Documentation includes gathering and submitting the quotation letter, T&Cs, packaging, capacity, specification deviations, TCD, offer drawings, design descriptions, price matrices (production and prototype piece price, tooling, cost disclosure).
- Coordinate technical meetings for products quoted with appropriate functional areas for presentation to targeted customer contacts.
- Upon award, PO check / confirmation in GFS for official hand-off to SCC.
Qualifications
Competencies
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business related subject matter.
- 5-7 years of account management experience within the automotive industry. Experience with electrification product lines/ market is highly preferred. Experience with electronic automotive products also desirable.
- Well versed in the following areas: Sales strategy, relationship management, project management, problems solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
