Job Description
You will be responsible in HR generalist activities & administration at the Gurgaon location You will support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes while actively partnering with people managers, Business Unit HRBPs to drive people priorities.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Management and Development
• Prepare and drive reviews for processes like Talent and Associate review (TAR), performance management (ASR), Contribution Dialogue (CD) talent management, potential identification, review of individual development plans along with responsible HRBP
• Enable deploying the talent outcomes for all talent pools such as job rotations, developmental measures, succession planning etc., arrived at during people conference discussions in alignment with the responsible HRBP and people excellence pillars
• Educating employees on processes that are key in the employee life cycle (e.g. ASR, TAR, CD, etc.)
• Liaison with business, responsible HRBP and learning partners to understand competency gaps and enable suitable measures
• Work in collaboration with Talent Acquisition for the hiring of Graduate Apprentices and Interns
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies for hiring with associates on external roles
2. Performance Management
• Create a high-performance culture by collaborating with responsible HRBP, people managers for implementation of performance management process which includes goal setting, PIPs, team targets etc.
• Participate in Annual Salary Review (ASR) process along with the responsible HRBP and govern and ensure fairness of process
• Advocate and enable appropriate use of reward and recognition tools to the people managers
3. Employee Experience
• Prepare and execute a onboarding and induction program for new joiners/ transfer associates covering topics like Policy, facilities, data security etc.
• Responsible for focusing on end-to-end Employee Experience (EX) interventions such as GPTW, Impact Ex, within the business and responsible HRBP
• Support people managers to analyze and reflect at the scores across different demographic groups for better understanding of the overall feedback
• Review the progress on action plans through regular interventions with people managers and analyze impact based on year-on-year EX score comparison
• Co-create and deploy employee engagement initiatives and activities along with people managers
4. People Champion
• Advise people managers in addressing their people related challenges and minimize its business impact
• Act as the escalation point of contact for providing solutions for employees to address their concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ensure smooth onboarding/ exit of employees in collaboration with internal teams
• Participate in key cross-functional projects (corporate HR/ business) to continuously drive improvement
5. General Administration
• Liaison with internal teams like HR shared services- payroll, reimbursements, leave and attendance, PF related queries, insurance to provide a resolution
• Initiate HR requests for updates in the employee life cycle
• Responsible for overall administration activities at the location like canteen, web-page data updates, vendor management, contract hiring
• In charge as Data Security Partner, site security, HSE support, audits
• Check compliance of service provides like housekeeping, security, and other contract agencies
• Provide support in seating arrangements/layouts, vendor management, facility management and any other office facilitation activity
Qualifications
- Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM/MSW) with specialization in HR
- 3 to 5 years of HR professional know-how and experience in administration or as an HR Generalist
- Experience of working in a technology, MNC would be advantageous
