Job Description
Responsible with the tasks of Preventive Quality Planning and Assurance for externally sourced parts including release of initial samples prior to SOP, and special project releasing (pass through business)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- eISIR (electronic Initial Sample Inspection Report) implementation successfully i.e. check target, creation target, measurement and evaluation including on time tacking.
- New project alignment with cross functional teams and IPN collaboration.
- Plan the measurement technique of initial sample & incoming inspection and Technical statistical control.
- Coach the measurement method to supplier and optimize the measuring design.
- Creates and maintains the QM-system documentation.
- 14Q, FMEA walk, LPC activities and find opportunities of improvement for quality together with production.
- Other assignment jobs from M/PQA Mgr.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any related majors.
Special Skills:
- Core tools / IATF16949 background (i.e. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) / Why-Why analysis/ 8D Problem Solving including investigation skills
- At least 3 years of work experience in quality control or quality assurance (manufacturing environment) or manufacturing engineer
- System and process auditing know how
- Drawing, GD&T understanding and readable
- Measuring machines usable, programmable, evaluations e.g. CMM, Contour M/C, Roughness M/C etc.
- Consult the measurement method to partner (Bosch internal and external suppliers), optimize the measuring designs
- Plans the measurement technique of new part releasing processes & incoming inspection processes
- Can analyze the statistical data and fix the issued
- Can check of supplier-base onsite verification and evaluations
Language Proficiency Level: Good at speaking, listening and reading in English
Others: Expert in quality methods and tools, Work across different material fields
and good leadership
