Job Description

Would you like to be part of the engineering team for the new plant?

Analyze industrial engineering studies for the production lines: Time studies (MTM, UAS, chronometer); ergonomic studies. Create and maintain databases with information relating to these studies. Schedule changes to production lines to improve ergonomics, participate and help reducing cycle times and production of floor space.

1. Consolidate and analyze basic inputs for the investment strategy.

2. Collect and provide information to suggest lean processes in production.

3. Provide data to the design of new workstations in order to ensure ergonomics and workflow.

4. Obtain, analyze and provide data for the generation of standardized work.

5. Constantly analyze and review the operation in progress.

6. Analyze and develop projects.

7. Study, detect and suggest improvements in production based on Industrial Engineering concepts.

8. Promote safety, health and environmental protection in accordance with ISO 14001/ ISO 45001/ ISO9001 and applicable standards.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
  • Work History: several years of relevant professional experience preferably in the manufacturing area (Process Engineer) 
  • Experience and Knowledge: SAP, MTM and UAS studies. Industrial Engineering and ECR's, Lean Manufacturing, IGEL-Tool and SAP.
  • Languages: Advanced English. 
  • Personality: goal-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, motivated, open-minded to work in an international team
