Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-sectional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.

Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will become part of the new company to be set up in the future and thus contribute to a globally networked team of around 4,300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries. You will also play a key role in establishing and developing the new company, contributing to a globally connected team. You will be instrumental in supporting a wide range of HR activities and processes, ensuring smooth operations during the reorganization and beyond.

  • HR Operations Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding all operational HR matters. Assist in implementing and managing HR processes effectively.

  • Personnel Management: Prepare and execute personnel actions, including onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Payroll & Organizational Support: Conduct preparatory tasks for monthly payroll processing and support the implementation of organizational changes.

  • Project Involvement: Involve in area-specific projects, providing operational implementation, creating evaluations and presentations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Experience with HR operations, such as onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) such as SAP R/3 HR
  • Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and finding solutions.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive data and documentation.
  • Demonstrates strong ethical standards and maintains confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders, with a strong sense of commitment and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a collaborative team player
