The Bosch Blaj Plant has been operating since 2007, being the first production unit opened by the Bosch Group in Romania. The road to excellence was initiated in Blaj in the industrial technology sector, subsequently consolidating into the production of sensors and electronic components for the automotive powertrain since 2013. • Analyzes internal defective parts and update the failure catalogue based on findings;
• Propose/request modification of the failure catalog;
• Prepares documentation for internal and external complaints;
• Coordinates, follows-up and check the line release documents;
• Collect and monitor the corrective actions following the analysis of failed or scrap parts;
• Fills in the standardized documents for quality topics within the production department with the required information;
• Complete reports of daily / weekly / monthly quality reports;
• Responsible to manage the quarantine area, block, store, scrap and release parts according to corresponding documents;
• Coordinates system audits (product and process) in the department;
• Is responsible to maintain and improve the content of the standards of visual inspection performed manually;
• Draws up documents for internal and external complaints;
