This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

• Implement data tracking system to production line to monitoring data real time during production running.
• Define Data Sources for use in data analysis.
• Summarize and analysis production line data and report to manager. 
• Monitoring production line data and alert to manufacturing team to take an action.
• Create dashboard/Automatic dashboard for manufacturing and management team.
• Communicate to production team to get input for improve data analysis system to be better. 
• Continue improve data tracking system to production line. 
• Investment planning for Industrial 4.0 system. 

Educational Background: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science engineer/Computer Engineer.

Qualifications:

• Fluent English knowledge, other foreign languages is an advantage
• Knowledge about data base. (SQL, Oracle, SAP)
• Knowledge about ETL process and can be used SSIS, Power Query
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office / AutoCAD
• Good level of mathematics and Numbers skills
• Understand statistics Experience in summarizing results such as Excel, Power BI
• Understand databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and SAP.
• Ambition to lead and motivate others, coaching and supporting members 
• Understand scripts and websites such as Json, xml, java script, html5 
• Intercultural skills, working with foreigners from JP, GER, IN, VN, KOREA
• In-depth analysis skills such as summarizing results, looking at trends, looking at data patterns, etc. 
• Understanding of the Industry (Business Domain)
