Job Description

  • Perform day to day Helpdesk responsibilities including responding IT request, Troubleshooting and new joiner On-Boarding
  • Manage and maintain all IT Infrastructure such as Hardware, Software and Network
  • Responsible for new equipment or product of IT system set-up and performing preventive maintenance and calibration (including project implementation and coordination)
  • Basic network / server setup and troubleshooting
  • Support on Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshoot on Hardware, Software, Network, Server and Printers
  • Maintained IT Hardware, Software audit and IT Hardware disposal records
  • Provide user guidelines to frequently problem occurred
  • May required standby support after office hours during system maintenance
  • Any other hoc task assigned by the Superior / Head of Department

Qualifications

  • Diploma in IT or its equivalent (Fresh graduate are encourage to apply)
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken is preferred).
  • Strong admin and coordination skills needed
  • Knowledge of Basic IT Infrastructure (PC/Notebook, printers and peripheral).
  • Customer centric and service mindset.
  • Knowledge of the principles of client / server applications
  • Knowledge of the Office applications and relevant product components.
  • Knowledge of User administration, Active Directory, Monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of Data Security concepts.
