Job Description

  • Testing of our new CRM system based on C4C platform (including Regression Tests and Go Live testing
  • Manage data imports to system, checking quality and mapping of fields for local imports
  • Update catalogue fields and other information in system
  • Document interfaces and processes in Confluence pages
  • Monitoring middleware incl. ERP + C4C interface knowledge, esp. missing dealers
  •  Support other activities related to CRM projects
  • Support of product owner to specify requirements


  •  Relevant university degree (Business Admin, Computer Science, Business Informatics) with focus on IT
  • Technical understanding of IT systems
  •  English on a level B2
  • Experience in manual testing
  • Experience with CRM preferable
  • Knowledge of JIRA or any other tracking tool
  •  Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, comparing options)
  •  Expertise in ERP, eCommerce, User management as test will also include interface to those systems, would be considered as an advantage
  • Willingness to work in a global & virtual team
  •  Good communication skills, ability to think analytically
  • English (fluent in spoken and written)
  •  Willingness to work in international projects travel activity (about 25 %)
