Job Description
Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Tool Crib Coordinator. This role maintains the Tool Crib operating supplies, machine spare parts and the issuance of each.
Key Responsibilities
- MRO Parts, Supplies, tools, machine parts and the issuance of these.
- Responsible for maintaining applicable paperwork and forms pertinent to the Tool Crib Operations
- Facilitates, coordinates and communicated with supervision and peers to pro-actively conduct daily business in a customer orientated manner with “customer first” sense of urgency.
- Required to perform cycle counts and identify problems to root cause and implement the solution.
- Required to train or instruct others in the Tool Crib Coordinator procedures and operations as requested.
- Must have MRO experience in a Tool Crib environment utilizing locating systems both visual and computer. Computer Literacy is a must.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Follows all safety policies and procedures; consistently utilizes all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-3 years previous experience in Tool Crib or Inventory preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Computer proficiency in e-mail, Excel, Microsoft Office
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support
