Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand our market presence and increase revenue
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners
  • Manage and track sales pipeline, providing regular reports on progress and forecasts
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a high-performance sales culture
  • Must be able to travel up to 75% within North America

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience HVAC
  • 5+ years of business development experience
  • Must be able to travel up to 75% within North America

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree
  • Proven success in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with the ability to design and execute effective business strategies
  • Exceptional negotiation skills paired with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and financial modeling tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confident presentation abilities
  • Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Results-driven mindset with a consistent record of meeting or surpassing performance goals
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
  • Experience managing projects and working effectively across cross-functional teams
