Description PUQ (Global Supplier Quality)
- Steers overall Supplier quality assurance within all HC plants
- Participation and implementation of PUQ quality Strategy ensuring customer satisfaction
- PUQ-A policy deployment and quality targets break down, contracting and support by exchange of best practices and Lessons Learned within plants
- Steer supply chain quality risks, including contingency planning and mitigation of supplier quality disruptions for > 20 worldwide plants
- Team management and coordination
- Ensures implementation and compliance of standards and best practices to ensure operational consistency across all plants
- X-functional and x-location coordination of supplier quality assurance topics (incl. EFFR)
- Ensuring correct supplier quality data management in all locations
- Monitoring of main KPI’s assuring transparency, top offenders and quality improvements (PDCA)
- Participation and reporting on HC quality management decision meetings for production supplier quality topics (IFC - SC-QMR…)
- Supporting on escalation level quality risk management within Bosch and suppliers
- Cooperation with PUQ-E managers regarding supplier quality improvement, preventive programs and lessons learned sharing
- Steers status of complaint management, escalation and handover to PUQ-E GrL
- Monitors and ensures internal failure cost reimbursement rate for HC
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency (reduce costs), defects and waste within all plants.

Qualifications
Minimum: Engineering degree in Mechanics, electronics, business management or similar.
Minimum 15+ years of experience with 6 years of experience in leading an international team.
