Under the general direction of the L&D Manager the transportation Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Norman OK and Wichita KS/ PCDC locations by providing research, data analysis, and strategic insight generation to support daily operations as it relates to logistics and transportation.

• Assist with daily operations regarding allocation, troubleshooting, OTM financials, and spot quote approvals.
• Preparing reports from SAP, OTM, as well as running macros.
• Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Evaluate and recommend new TMS tools, and data integration solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise to cross-departmental projects.
• Provide interdepartmental support (e.g., research, reports, coverage)
• Assist in creating SOP for best practices, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

• 1+ year of prior experience in an analytical role
• Strong proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, OTM)
• Strong knowledge in transportation and logistics operations.
• Communication Skills, capable of creating good inter-functional rapport.
• Effective analytical and problem-Solving skills
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and plan work.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
