Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Junior Recruiter and Business Development Specialist to join our client's team. This dual role is perfect for an individual who has started a career in recruitment and is eager to develop both their candidate sourcing skills and client relationship management abilities. You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to support staffing needs, while also learning how to identify and foster new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process for various roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and initial interviews.
  • Support thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Help develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and update records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance processes and improve efficiency.
  • Support the identification of new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with existing clients and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Help prepare and present recruitment solutions and proposals to clients.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment/ business development or an internship in one of these fields.
  • Advanced English level, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
