Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Recruiter to join our client's team. This role is perfect for someone who has some initial experience in recruitment, whether through internships or entry-level positions and is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with the recruitment team to attract and engage top talent, and helping build a robust candidate pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sourcing and identifying candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and track the progress of open roles.
  • Support the preparation of job descriptions and postings, ensuring accurate and compelling advertisements.
  • Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruitment through internships or entry-level roles in the recruitment field is required.
  • Experience in contract or temporary staffing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude and interest in developing a career in the recruitment field.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while also working independently.
  • Advanced English level, both written and verbal; Romanian language is not required.
