We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.

What is this position about?

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to support data-driven decision making through advanced analytics, KPI development, marketplace and product analytics. This role combines strong technical expertise with business acumen to deliver actionable insights, scalable reporting solutions, and AI-enabled analytical products. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, works effectively with stakeholders, and leverages data to drive measurable business outcomes.

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize KPIs to measure business and product performance.
• Support marketplace and product analytics initiatives through advanced analytical methodologies.
• Build and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards, and data-driven presentations for stakeholders.
• Design and optimize data pipelines that support reporting and analytical operations.
• Leverage Python, SQL, GCP, and AI tools to develop scalable analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with product, business, and technical teams to translate business needs into analytical deliverables.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting assets.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and data science applications.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying, transformation, and analysis of large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI and reporting platforms.
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience supporting reporting pipelines and analytical data operations.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace analytics and product analytics.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools and technologies to enhance analytical workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
