Job Description

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our US People team from our Montevideo office. This role will play a key part in ensuring the effective execution of core HR processes while partnering closely with stakeholders to support day-to-day people needs.

This position requires strong attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and execute core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and documentation management.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee data across HR systems.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers, providing timely support on HR-related topics.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and managers to ensure alignment and consistent execution of HR initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and employee data tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain proper documentation for audit readiness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the optimization of HR workflows.
  • Support internal HR communications and administrative coordination as needed.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting US-based teams and working in global environments.
  • Working knowledge of US federal and state employment laws.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday is a plus).
  • Familiarity with US immigration-related processes is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with a high level of autonomy.
