We are hiring an Adobe CDP Consultant to support a large-scale customer data and marketing platform initiative for a financial services client. This role focuses on designing, structuring, and enabling customer data for personalization, analytics, and marketing activation across the enterprise.

The position works closely with Product, Marketing, Data Engineering, and Adobe platform teams to support customer data modeling, identity resolution, and data enablement across the Adobe ecosystem.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support data architecture and analytics use cases within Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Real-Time CDP.

  • Configure and validate profile schemasevent schemasidentity namespaces, and segmentation logic within the Adobe CDP environment.

  • Design and maintain scalable entity-based data models for customer and marketing datasets.

  • Partner with engineering teams to define data ingestiontransformation, and integration requirements for marketing and customer data sources.

  • Support the structure and evolution of the marketing data lake powering analytics and activation.

  • Apply medallion architecture principles (Bronze, Silver, Gold) to ensure reliable, analytics-ready datasets.

  • Define and analyze product and customer analytics metrics for digital and marketing initiatives.

  • Maintain data documentationdictionaries, and governance artifacts aligned with enterprise standards.

  • Work with data governance teams to ensure data lineageprivacy controls, and customer identity managementare implemented properly.

  • Support cross-team collaboration across ProductMarketingEngineering, and Adobe platform partners.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Real-Time CDP.

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.

  • Experience with data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical models).

  • Experience supporting data engineering and data integration workflows.

  • Experience working with marketing or customer data lakes.

  • Experience with customer identity management, including identity namespaces and profile stitching.

  • Experience performing data analysis and product analytics within digital or marketing environments.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working within the Adobe marketing technology ecosystem.

  • Experience supporting customer journey analytics and personalization platforms.

  • Experience maintaining data dictionariesdata lineage, and governance documentation.

  • Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments.
