What is this position about? 

As a Senior Business Intelligence Lead Analyst, your core duties will entail designing, developing, supporting, and maintaining business intelligence products for our clients.  

You may work 100% remotely if you are currently living in LATAM, or you can always join us at the office! 

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions using Tableau to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Tableau reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across different data sources, ensuring accurate and reliable reporting.
• Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability.
• Manage and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts, providing guidance and technical expertise.
• Communicate insights and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and reports.
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices for data visualization and BI tools.
• Work with data engineers to ensure the appropriate data pipelines are in place to support Tableau reporting needs.
• Foster a data-driven culture by promoting the use of BI tools and techniques across the organization.

• Proven experience in Business Intelligence projects with a focus on Tableau.
• Strong expertise in data visualization and dashboard development using Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., Redshift, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in a client-facing role.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses like Amazon Redshift is a plus.

How much experience must I have? 

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience working as Business Intelligence Analyst or related positions, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
