As Bus Marketplace Delivery Project Manager, you will support key operational projects related to the dramatical extension of connected bus operators to BlaBlaCar Global Distribution System. You will work closely with Engineering Managers, VP of Bus Marketplace, API Integration Specialists, Tech Leads, Software Engineers, QAs, Tech Customer Support Engineers, etc. As such, the role requires a sharp analytical mind, very good communication skills and expertise in agile methodologies like Lean and Kanban.

What you will directly contribute to

• Supporting key operational projects implementation: Connection of bus operators to BlaBlaCar Global Distribution System
• Coordinating team communication, measuring projects progress, running agile meetings, generating status reports, communicating project status and progress to stakeholders. 
• Analyzing KPIs and operational issues, monitor impacts and take action to get things on track
• Designing reportings and providing actionable insights and reports to support the strategic decision-making

What you will need to be successful 

• Experience in operational project management, deep understanding and skills in managing software development
• Strong project management skills and agile skills, understanding of Lean, Kanban, SCRUM
• Strong analytical mind and problem solving skills
• Strong organization, prioritization skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work autonomously with tight deadlines
• International experience (1 year minimum)
• Fluent in English
