Senior Operations Lead, Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Job Description
• Lead the team of IAM Operations personnel and work with MSPs to ensure deliverables are met within Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
• Collaborate with IAM Delivery and Architecture teams to maintain an ongoing IAM strategy to align with Biogen’s business objectives.
• Identify service improvement opportunities and collaborate with IAM service management for prioritization.
• Provide input and requirements during process and control design by IAM service delivery team.
• Co-define IAM Operations’ service levels, and metrics with IAM Service Delivery.
• Lead response activities including working with business teams to report on status of service restoration activities.
• Analyze & report periodic service performance metric reports produced by IAM Service Delivery team.
• The IAM Operations lead is responsible to ensure the MSP resources adhere to the IAM Governance standards.
• Participation in audits and other compliance assessment activities as needed to assist with meeting Biogen compliance deadlines.
• Provide technology leadership and direction to internal and outsourced IAM teams.
• Communicate effectively with management as well as customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions and strategies.
• Troubleshoot and support IAM tools such as OneIdentity, Okta SSO, Thycotic (PAM), Active Directory, Quest ActiveRoles Server (ARS) and supporting applications/systems.
• Prepare and maintain documentation including SOPs, resiliency plans, incident response materials and runbooks for all IAM Services at Biogen.
• Prepare root cause analysis and post mortem incident analysis reports.
• The IAM operations lead is the single point of contact for escalations and incident response management.
• Work closely with business and application owners to analyze, configure and add new services as necessary.
• Augment production support team(s) to ensure enough coverage and operations. Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.
• Maintain patches and upgrades on a regular basis, upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
• Coordinate with other support teams to ensure issues impacting IAM systems are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Coordinate with cyber security team(s) to ensure solution assurance and compliance to security policy, procedures, standards and baseline security configurations.

Qualifications
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Information Technology with primary focus on operations.
• 3-5+ years of hand on experience in one or more IAM technologies such as Quest One Identity Manager, Okta, Thycotic (PAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• 3-5+ years of hand on experience in one or more IAM technologies such as Quest One Identity Manager, Okta, Thycotic (PAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
