About This Role

The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a large contract management program encompassing the lifecycle of a contract. Responsibilities will include support, training, system administration, reporting, maintaining data integrity and enforcing company policies.

What you will do

  • General system and user support resolution
  • Enforce business rules and polices
  • Maintain approval workflows and confirm correct authorization levels
  • Maintain data integrity in system and proper contract storage
  • Build standardized KPI reporting
  • Present data analytics
  • Collect and analyze business requirements
  • Draft formal system documentation (in relation to GxP environment
  • Develop with Manager communication plans for: system upgrades, informational sessions, etc.

Qualifications

Required skills

An ideal candidate should have strong business communication skills, worked on large global projects and be comfortable working with many types of contracts and contract systems. The ability to learn new processes and systems quickly is critical to success in this role.  Any contracting or procurement experience with a pharma/ biotechnology company is a plus. Any prior experience in a legal role either paralegal or legal admin would also be beneficial.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in business, IT, or communications preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience required, 2-4 years’ experience
  • Proven experience with contract system administration
  • Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly
  • Knowledge of contract process, especially CLM (Contract Life Management)
  • Experience working on large global projects
  • Familiarity of Pharma/ Biotech industry
  • Detail oriented and recognized for attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and comfortable in fast paced environment
