About This Role
The Procure To Pay (PTP) Senior Analyst is a key team member of the Global Business Service PTP team supporting the US Accounts Payables (AP) and Travel & Expense (T&E) processes and collaborating with the accounting, treasury, IT and GBS Poland and China PTP teams. This is a remote role reporting into the Global Process Owner based out of Cambridge, MA.
The PTP Senior Analyst will have exposure to senior and executive leadership including providing real time support for T&E processes to the US stakeholders and customers.  

What You'll Do
•    Responsible for preparing monthly accruals and reclass journal entries in Blackline for suppliers with high transactional volume that invoice on a weekly/monthly basis.  
•    Program administrator for US Corporate Credit Card & P-Card/Meetings programs; primary point person for rebates, managing program changes with Bank of America. Assist Procurement in training other entities on PCARD SOP to implement new PCARD programs.
•    Responsible for training GBS Poland and Shanghai teams on any program changes related to issuing new credit cards, following up on delinquent charges, suspending employee card when no action is taken, and reporting requests on credit card activity as needed.  
•    Provide backup support to cardholders during Poland after business hours and holidays; assist with inquiries, credit card reconciliations, submitting expense reports, increase limits as needed, lost PIN, etc.
•    Assist with complex and specialty AP items, key supplier reconciliations or billing issues.
•    Backup support for inquiries in Service Now for Credit Cards, T&E and AP during Poland holidays/vacations or as needed.  
•    Review and process all refund checks from suppliers. 
•    Primary resource for keeping T&E content current and updated; publish new SOPs, user guides, etc. 
•    Primary AP tester for any system upgrades/enhancements within GBS Finance P2P.

Who You Are
You are a finance professional with good understanding of the accounts payable processes including Travel and Expense and credit card programs. You enjoy collaborating with diverse cross functional teams and be a key participant in continuous improvements & automation initiatives including system enhancements for AP & T&E areas. 

•    Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting 
•    4 to 7 years of experience in Finance ideally in accounts payables area
•    Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills
•    Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
•    Ability to work independently, plan, prioritize workload and result oriented
•    Strong interpersonal skills to interact with team members and perform in a fast-paced environment
•    Oracle ERP experience using Accounts Payable, iExpense and Purchasing modules
•    Experience using Blackline, Service Now, BOA Works and OCR technologies preferred
