Job Description:

This individual will support the China Commercial function within the China Commercial Organization and will also have responsibility for certain Chinese marketing and KA activities.  He/She will have accountability for the following:

External Engagement Operations: Support Business Operations including External Engagements (commercial advisory boards, congresses, Marketing events), Marketing Sponsorships, Meeting Management, Vendor Management...etc, provide on-site support.

Material Management: promo-mats management and all supporting documents filing and management.

Meeting management and facilitation: manage external/internal meeting arrangement and communication.  

This individual will work closely with the China Commercial Team (Marketing Leads, KA Managers on all products) to align on strategic priorities at central and local level.  He/she will partner with Medical, Value and Access, Corporate Affairs, Legal & Compliance to create firm linkages.

Candidates Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree

·       PMP or other project/program management certification preferred

·       Training and certification in business process methodologies (e.g. Lean or Six Sigma) a plus

·       Five or more years in pharmaceutical industry with a focus on functional business operations, process optimization/execution, systems implementation and event management

·       Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate fluently at all levels in the organization in English and Mandarin

·       Strong team player with an ability to work in a matrixed organization

·       Ability to complete multiple tasks through setting priorities and exercising good judgment

·       Ability to navigate in changing environment
