As a Senior Agile Delivery Manager at Bilue, you’ll lead the delivery of high quality web and mobile products, working closely with cross functional teams and clients. On some engagements you’ll run the delivery, on others you’ll own the backlog, so you’ll need hands on experience in both a delivery lead and Product Owner capacity, across both web and mobile.

You’ll guide teams, influence stakeholders and bring clarity to complex work, balancing structure with adaptability so teams keep momentum and clients get real outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including stand ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives, ensuring they are effective and outcome-focused
• Own end-to-end delivery across digital products, spanning web and mobile platforms, within a consulting context
• Apply and adapt agile and scrum practices to suit client environments, promoting consistent and predictable delivery
• Proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies and milestones, escalating and resolving issues early
• Coordinate QA, UAT and release activities to ensure smooth, high-quality deployments
• Translate product vision and roadmaps into clear, actionable delivery plans using agile or hybrid methodologies
• Where needed, own and prioritise the product backlog in partnership with clients, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria and making value based trade-offs on scope
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing clear communication on progress, risks and trade-offs
• Maintain high standards of delivery governance and hygiene across tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Mentor and support team members, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence
• Contribute to shaping delivery practices within Bilue, helping evolve ways of working across teams and clients

You’re an experienced delivery leader who’s comfortable switching between running delivery and owning the backlog. You lead with a people first style, hold yourself accountable for outcomes, and keep teams focused and supported when things get complex.

You put in just enough process to help teams move faster, and you can clearly connect what the team is building to why it matters for the client.

• Expert-Level Experience: 8+ years leading the delivery of complex digital products, with a proven track record in fast-paced consultancy or agency environments.
• Full-Spectrum Digital Delivery: Deep expertise managing the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale web and mobile applications, from discovery through to post-launch optimisation.
• Methodology Mastery: Advanced practitioner across Agile, Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to tailor and hybridise frameworks to suit client needs and team dynamics.
• Product Ownership: Hands on experience as a Product Owner across both web and mobile products, including backlog ownership, prioritisation, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and helping stakeholders define MVPs and roadmaps.
• Strategic Release Management: Strong understanding of CI/CD, QA and complex release work streams, including experience navigating App Store and Play Store ecosystems.
• Senior Stakeholder Influence: Highly effective communicator with the ability to manage senior stakeholders, navigate competing priorities and provide clear, data-driven delivery insights.
• Operational Excellence: Expert user of Jira, Confluence and reporting tools, maintaining high standards of delivery hygiene and visibility across teams and clients.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Experienced in coaching and developing delivery practitioners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety.
• Strategic Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying systemic risks and blockers, approaching challenges with a calm, analytical and outcome-focused mindset.
