What You’ll Do

Based at Mulgrave, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team. Currently, the caseload leans more towards adults with ASD, ID, neuro and a smaller mix of physical and psychosocial disabilities.

You’ll be part of a large multidisciplinary team that includes 8 passionate Occupational Therapists (with onsite senior support), all dedicated to making a real impact. Our Mulgrave team is a happy and consistent team with minimal staff turnover. They're very social and active, playing table tennis comps etc. at lunch, social evenings like paint & sip and are very welcoming to new team members. It's a multicultural team with a mix of personalities which makes it work!

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

• Relevant professional registration (AHPRA; limited may be considered)
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Ideal role for Occupational Therapists with 1-4 years post-grad experience
