Ready to shape the future of our digital landscape? As a Senior Digital Transformation Analyst, you’ll turn complex challenges into seamless, scalable solutions that drive our business forward.

The Business Optimisation Team within the Digital Transformation Department drives end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, coaches initiative leaders, and acts as a strategic partner to embed sustainable enterprise capabilities across business domains. This team focuses on creating long-term value rather than short-term fixes.

The role involves meticulous, solution-oriented work. It requires mentoring functional leads and project owners, while partnering with domain leaders to assess capability maturity and co-design target operating models. The focus remains on enhancing organisational competencies to ensure our digital evolution is both robust and sustainable.

This role is eligible for inclusion in our hybrid work from home policy.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Digital Transformation, Business design, Management consulting, or Enterprise capability development
  • Matrix leadership, leading project leads, facilitating cross-functional squads, and coaching peers without direct authority
  • Target Operating Model (TOM) design, capability maturity assessments, and business architecture mapping
  • Proficiency in at least 3 of the following: Business Analysis, Data Management & Governance, Business process re-engineering, and solution optioneering
  • Advanced data-driven decision-making, root-cause analysis, workflow modelling, and commercial impact evaluation
  • Stakeholder management, with the ability to influence executive sponsors and translate technical concepts into strategic business narratives
  • Value-tracking frameworks, OKRs, and benefit realisation metrics
  • Industry frameworks such as DCAM, TOGAF, DAMA, or Scaled Agile Frameworks
  • Formal coaching or agile leadership training such asLean Six Sigma, Agile Coaching, OKR Coaching
  • Modern data visualisation such asTableau, Power BI) and workflow design tooling such as Miro, Lucidchart, Jira

  • Lead complex, cross-functional transformation workstreams from discovery through to value realisation
  • Structure ambiguous business challenges into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes
  • Mentor, coach, and guide functional leads and project owners across various business units
  • Provide frameworks, governance, and tools to empower initiative leads to manage their own transformation deliverables effectively
  • Partner with domain and operational leaders to assess capability maturity, identify structural gaps, and co-design target operating models
  • Ensure initiatives directly enhance organisational competencies rather than creating one-off solutions
  • Establish value-tracking frameworks, OKRs, and benefit realisation metrics
  • Conduct deep-dive quantitative and qualitative analyses to monitor progress, remove blockers, and report transparently to leadership
  • Champion sustainable change management practices, facilitating alignment workshops and executive readouts
  • Facilitate cross-functional working groups to ensure long-term adoption of new operating rhythms and digital tools
