Job Description

As an Accountant in the Client Reconciliations team, you will ensure financial accuracy, support team development, and contribute to our exciting global growth in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a pivotal role within the Client Reconciliations Team, reporting to the Senior Accountant. You will support the management of the reconciliation process for Customer funds, ensuring that Customer and Company funds are recorded accurately and efficiently.

Beyond core reconciliations, you will also contribute to new product and market launches. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our growth. As the Company continues to expand globally, you will gain exposure to diverse financial landscapes and operational challenges.

The role offers a unique chance to play a direct part in our ongoing success, providing you with valuable experience in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.

You will maintain expertise in departmental systems, whilst adopting a continuous improvement mindset to suggest process enhancements.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

Qualifications

  • AAT Level 4 or equivalent.
  • Effective and professional communicator who can engage with a wide range of financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Excel with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident individual who shows initiative, is inquisitive and has the ability to understand new concepts quickly.
  • Can demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, effectively navigating changing priorities, business needs and evolving requirements.

Additional Information

  • Assisting the Senior Accountant in reviewing the bank account reconciliation processes for Northern Territories.
  • Producing and distributing accurate reports to senior financial management.
  • Maintaining your expertise of departmental systems, policies and procedures as well as suggesting improvements where appropriate.
  • Supervising a team, providing training and monitoring performance.
  • Ensuring Customer and Company funds are recorded accurately and efficiently.
  • Contributing to new product or market launches.
