Job Description
Due to our continued global expansion, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our dynamic Payroll team. This is a hands-on role where you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of our global payroll operations.
As a Payroll Officer at bet365, you will be an integral member of our Payroll department. Working closely with the Payroll Manager and the wider team, you will take a hands-on approach to the end-to-end preparation and execution of our global payrolls. This role is perfect for a dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in payroll processing.
- Experience with Latin American payrolls is essential.
- Familiarity with payroll in Bulgaria, Croatia, and Poland would be considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability of leading a team.
- Meticulous and organised, with excellent time management and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong command English language communication skills.
- Experience handling confidential information.
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Understanding of the shadow payroll concept is desired.
- Advanced level of education.
Additional Information
- Leading a small team of payroll administrators and overseeing the daily running of the Payroll department to ensure all outputs are delivered within strict deadlines.
- Acting as the first point of contact for payroll queries.
- Responding to internal and external queries in a timely and effective manner.
- Accurately entering and checking weekly payroll reports.
- Preparing payroll data for submission.
- Monitoring and continuing to improve the payroll processes.
- Continuously training and developing junior members of the team.
- Staying current with payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
