After your initial on-site training, you will also have the opportunity to work partially from home within Germany, in alignment with your manager.

• Ensure a high level of data quality in our CRM system by supporting us in the Salesforce administration
• Support in lead generation and pre-qualify potential new customers
• Assist with the preparation of quotations
• Provide active support to colleagues in Sales
• Work closely with Finance and Sales Operations on order processing

• You study business administration or another relevant degree, and you are enrolled for at least 1 more year
• You have very good Microsoft Office skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
• Tech-savvy and, above all, you enjoy teamwork and communicating with customers by phone just as much as administrative tasks such as preparing quotations and maintaining data
