YOUR ROLE

As a Global Talent Management Coordinator, you'll become part of our Global People Development team. You'll be responsible for coordinating international talent management processes and supporting global development programmes from planning through execution. Your work ensures that colleagues across countries have a seamless experience while enabling the team to continuously improve our talent processes.

  • Coordinate international talent programmes, including event planning, participant management,  and budget controlling.
  • Support global Talent Management processes such as succession planning, People Reviews and performance & development cycles.
  • Act as the Global Talent Management Ambassador for SAP SuccessFactors, supporting local HR teams and maintaining talent data and processes quality in the system
  • Support international Talent Management projects and continuously improve our global processes.

You'll join a close-knit Global People Development team responsible for Learning, Development and Talent Management.. Every team member owns specific programmes and processes while working closely together to deliver global impact. You'll report to the Manager Talent Management and collaborate daily with HR Business Partners and stakeholders across our international organization.

This is a full-time position based in the Netherlands with a Dutch employment contract. You'll travel internationally for approximately 20 days per year, including about one visit per month to  our office in Gutersloh, Germany to connect with your teammates.

Qualifications

'We're looking for a structured and proactive Talent Management Specialist who enjoys working in an international environment and takes ownership of complex coordination processes.

  • Bachelor's degree or vocational education (MBO level) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field;
  • Experience in HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management or programme coordination;
  • Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders;
  • Affinity with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and reporting tools such as Power BI is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication skills in English. German is a plus;
  • Full-time availability and willingness to travel internationally for approximately 20 days per year;
  • You are organized, independent, curious and thrive in a role where planning, communication and stakeholder management come together.
