Compensation

• $47 per flat rate hour (Based on experience, ASE certifications, and training)
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for top-certified technicians

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Stellantis diesel vehicles
• Deliver first-time-fix accuracy with factory-level precision
• Utilize the latest diagnostic tools, software, and service equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems
• Accurately document repair work, parts used, and labor time
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repairs and timelines
• Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a high-performance team culture
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Stay current with evolving automotive technologies through ongoing training
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship

• ASE Certified Master Technician (Diesel specialization strongly preferred)
• Proven experience with advanced diagnostics and repair
• Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, braking, and electrical systems
• Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
• Must be willing to submit to a background screening
