Ready to set the tone with Believe ?

As a Digital Retail manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting on Believe Group’s license deals and partnerships with our Digital Service Providers (DSP’s), in collaboration with the President of Global Digital Business. You will work closely with all relevant internal stakeholders including Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Data etc in-order to implement the partnerships. You will also build relationships with DSP’s to create and animate business development opportunities. More specifically, you will accomplish the following missions:

Key responsibilities: 

• Draft and recommend commercial deal conditions for DSP renewals and new product launches in collaboration with President of Global Digital Business

• Take an innovative approach to our DSP partnerships, to achieve department objectives

• Lead, generate and oversee ScoreCard presentations/discussions 

• Work in collaboration with data team to develop deal economics and recommended conditions 

• Liaise with all relevant internal stakeholders in-order to implement partnership:  Sales, Supply Chain, Reporting, Finance, legal, Tax, Data etc

• Work closely with Data team to ensure compliance of deal terms and conditions 

• Implement and oversea licensing for Subsidiaries under Believe Group

• Build relationships with DSP partners, in-order to create business development opportunities 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Music Licensing/DSP partnerships, with a proven track record of drafting and negotiating DSP contracts 

• Project management skills 

• Strategic thinker

• Able to work with data analytics teams to model out proposal 

• Good communicator

• Able to manage a small team

• A diligent and ambitious self-starter 

• Positive individual who is able to motivate internal and external stakeholders with a ‘can do’ attitude

• The position requires being Fluent in English, both written and oral
