Job Description
Our Label & Artist Solutions (LAS) division has grown significantly across more than 50 countries worldwide, and we want to consolidate, scale and optimize our development. For that reason, we want to boost our Central Team driving the global development of our LAS activity, by hiring a Strategic Support and Business Planning Senior Manager.
This person will be reporting to the VP LAS Business Strategy & Operations, and will strengthen the LAS Business Strategy & Operations department (reinforcing a team of 3 people).
In this role, you will be in charge of identifying, structuring and implementing strategic opportunities to develop, scale and optimize our LAS business worldwide.
Main responsibilities will be, for a portfolio of several countries:
Strategic Support & business planning
- Model and maintain 5-years strategic and financial business plan for each country within your portfolio, and each market segments inside those countries
- Prepare and review Countries' strategic materials (memos, presentations, etc) and participate to align all central and local teams on the outcomes
- Quantify Long term business objectives into solid short term objectives and KPIs, especially in the course of the yearly Budget Preparation and 3 annual reforecasts
- Formalize and maintain Sales Policy & Objectives, with KPIs per country and per segment
- Drive LAS Blueprint optimization: analyze staffing level, productivity and efficiency KPIs, discuss conclusions with local management and follow-up corrective actions
- Support Countries’ General Managers and Sales Directors with ad’hoc analysis and business intelligence
- Drive and/or support the go-to-market of any new strategic initiative (ex : new commercial offers, sales or contractual process updates…)
Support & Monitor Day-to-day business execution
- Work with Central Sales Department to prepare and animate monthly Business Performance Reviews & Monitoring meetings
- Provide analytical and process support on large, complex international deals
- Support central and local sales teams by assessing the value and impact of their deals, by providing computations of impact on the business plans, studying different scenarios
- Support LAS inorganic expansion, by facilitating catalog acquisition process
Support Central Excellence
- Structure and support Central LAS governance (participate to performance reporting, steering committee management, board presentations…)
- Own a portfolio of strategic datasets or business topics (ex : Churn, Pricing Grids, staffing structure, Upsells), and ensure data consistency, completeness, granularity and automatization, for this tu be used among every strategic analysis Groupe-wide
- To the attention of Group’s top management, on your countries, draft meetings pre-read / write follow-ups / track and report on execution
To be successful in this role, you will need to love working on fast moving ecosystem, with transversal projects implying a high number of stakeholders (often with high level of seniority), and with a strong understanding on how to work with international teams, to develop profitable growth model.

Qualifications
- Master's degree from a business or engineering school, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience, with track records in leading cross-functional projects, ideally within a consulting firm and within a scale-up company.
- We would highly favor someone that can show both financial and business development acumen
During your experiences you have developed the following skills :
- Very good problem solver, ability to understand and adapt to different environments and personalities
- Strong analytical and modeling skills
- Demonstrated project management capacities (transformation projects, business development, roadmap definition, etc)
- Able to work effectively across functions/teams and in close relationships with Top Management
- Dynamic profile with drive, pro-activity and strong interpersonal skills
- Understanding / strong appetite to understand the Music / Tech Industry
- Mastering Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, in English and French
