Job Description

Our Artist Services division is growing significantly across more than 14 countries (EMEA, APAC, Americas), Believe Artist Services seeks to reinforce the central Business Strategy team. The Business Strategy Associate will support the team in various strategic and analytical initiatives, focusing on market studies, market trends research, business opportunity modelization, and cross-functional projects coordination.

The position is based in Paris.   

Main responsibilities will be: 

  • Contribute to AS key priority markets business strategy definition
  • Support AS business expansion on new countries by conducting market studies, competitive analysis & modelling the commercial opportunity
  • Conduct impacting profitability analysis to optimize the AS business model and provide very actionable business rules to be leveraged by local teams
  • Collaborate with local sales & central teams to strengthen Believe Artists services offers and improve AS Sales positioning, attractivity and profitability
  • During each initiative, coordinate closely the implementation and the go-to-market with cross functional teams
  • Contribute to the Artist Services business performance reporting, to be communicated monthly & quarterly to top management and key stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Student or graduate in a master’s degree in business or engineering school.
  • Previous internship or experience showing skills and capabilities to cross business and analytics in a fast-growing environment.
  • Very good problem solver, ability to understand and to adapt to different environments with proactivity and drive.
  • Appetence for data crunching & analytics.
  • Team player, willingness to learn & good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills and ability to onboard stakeholders.
  • Able to work effectively across functions & teams.
  • Fluent English is mandatory. Speaking French will be a plus
