Job Description
Manage the Technical Support and Product Development team.
Oversee technical work, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.
Ensure cost-effective formulations while maintaining high product performance standards.
Supervise coil projects, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and quality.
Build strong customer relationships to differentiate Beckers’ offerings and enhance loyalty.
Collaborate with the Sales to promote products and drive market growth.
Contribute to Beckers’ global R&D initiatives, enhancing competitiveness and innovation.
Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and EHS standards.
Provide technical services to customers, including testing, trials, and feedback collection.
Optimize formulation costs in alignment with sales strategy and revenue objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or related field.
Minimum 6 years of technical and research experience in paint, coatings, or a related industry.
Additional Information

Proven leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire teams.
Problem-solving, analytical, and fast decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and technical software.
