Job Description

  • Manage the Technical Support and Product Development team.

  • Oversee technical work, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.

  • Ensure cost-effective formulations while maintaining high product performance standards.

  • Supervise coil projects, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and quality.

  • Build strong customer relationships to differentiate Beckers’ offerings and enhance loyalty.

  • Collaborate with the Sales to promote products and drive market growth.

  • Contribute to Beckers’ global R&D initiatives, enhancing competitiveness and innovation.

  • Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and EHS standards.

  • Provide technical services to customers, including testing, trials, and feedback collection.

  • Optimize formulation costs in alignment with sales strategy and revenue objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or related field.

  • Minimum 6 years of technical and research experience in paint, coatings, or a related industry.

  • Problem-solving, analytical, and fast decision-making abilities.
