Company Description

As part of a luxury hospitality pre-opening, the Financial & Administrative Controller will play a key role in building the financial and administrative structure of the property from the ground up. The role ensures accurate double reporting, strict compliance with Group standards, and the successful implementation of all financial, administrative, and control processes.
This position is hands-on and strategic, combining operational involvement with strong financial leadership during the opening phase and beyond.

Job Description

  • Set up the full financial and administrative organization for the pre-opening and opening phases
  • Supervise outsourced payroll and manage HR administrative processes
  • Implement financial systems, tools, procedures, and internal controls in line with Group standards
  • Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting
  • Produce dashboards, KPIs, and variance analyses to support performance and decision-making
  • Monitor revenues, inventories, costs, and profitability
  • Coordinate with external accounting partners and Group finance & HR teams

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Background in luxury hospitality or service-driven environments preferred
  • Fluent in Portuguese, English; French is an asset
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Strong team spirit and ability to work closely with Group headquarters
