We’re looking for a motivated Parts Interpreter to join our busy Mackay (Paget) branch.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll work closely with customers and your team to keep trucks moving and businesses running. No two days are the same, and your contribution genuinely makes a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting customers in-store, over the phone, and via email
• Interpreting and sourcing truck and trailer parts
• Processing sales, orders, credits, and invoices
• Using systems and catalogues to find the right solutions
• Supporting warehouse, dispatch, and stock control
• Keeping the branch organised and running smoothly

• Parts Interpreter experience or background in automotive, mechanical, or trades
• Strong customer service skills
• Detail-focused with good organisational ability
• Comfortable using systems and learning new tools
• A reliable team player with a proactive attitude

Nice to Have

• Truck or heavy vehicle parts knowledge
• Automotive retail or workshop experience
• Forklift (LF) licence
