We're looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at our Autobarn location in Kawana Waters, Australia. In this casual position, you'll be the face of our store, helping customers find the automotive products and accessories they need while delivering exceptional service. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and has a passion for helping others.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating automotive parts, accessories, and products
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations based on customer needs and vehicle requirements
• Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card payments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and product displays
• Answer customer inquiries about product specifications, pricing, and availability
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with receiving and stocking merchandise
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive shopping experience
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and work toward satisfactory resolutions

• Proven customer service experience in a retail or similar environment (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system experience (preferred)
• Genuine interest in automotive products and accessories
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy retail setting
• Flexibility to work casual hours as scheduled
• Problem-solving ability and willingness to go the extra mile for customers
