We have a great opportunity for a full time Assistant Manager to join our team. We are looking for a committed team member to provide support to our team and loyal customer base. The successful applicant will be a customer service champion, enjoy a fast-paced work environment as well as being able to learn new processes and systems quickly.

Working collaboratively with the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive, efficient and results-driven environment whilst maintaining our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
• Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & development
• Assisting with inventory control
• Maintaining store standards and adhere to company policies, procedures and OH & S compliance
• Supporting the Store Manager 
• Leading and supporting your team

• An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
• Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
• The ability to engage with, and motivate team members
• Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
• OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
• Current full drivers license
