We’re looking for a Warehouse / Customer Service team member to join our Thomastown branch.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll split your time between supporting customers and assisting with warehouse operations, working closely with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting customers over the counter and via phone
• Processing orders and providing product support
• Picking, packing and dispatching stock
• Supporting stock control and inventory management
• Working closely with warehouse and team members
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

You may come from a warehouse, retail, trade, or customer service background and be looking for a stable, long-term opportunity.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a great attitude and strong work ethic
• Enjoys working with customers
• Is reliable, organised and team-oriented
• Is comfortable in a hands-on, active role
• Is eager to learn and develop new skills

 Experience in automotive, industrial or parts environments is an advantage, but not essential
Forklift licence is a bonus, but not required
