We’re currently looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our Wangara branch, supporting local trade customers with expert advice, accurate parts interpretation and outstanding service.

As a Parts Interpreter, you’ll be a key point of contact for customers, helping them identify the right parts solutions for heavy vehicle applications. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role suited to someone who enjoys problem‑solving, understands vehicle components, and values accuracy.

Working as part of a close‑knit branch team, you’ll contribute to smooth daily operations while building strong relationships with customers who rely on your knowledge.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Interpret customer requirements and recommend suitable truck, trailer and heavy vehicle parts
• Navigate catalogues, systems and supplier platforms to source parts accurately
• Process sales, invoicing, credits and warranty claims
• Clearly explain technical information to customers with varying levels of knowledge
• Assist with picking, packing, dispatch and occasional local deliveries
• Maintain high standards in store presentation, pricing accuracy and merchandising
• Support stock control, inventory management and warehouse operations
• Resolve customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
• Work collaboratively to support branch targets and customer satisfaction

About You

• Experience as a Parts Interpreter, or strong exposure to automotive, mechanical or electrical parts
• Background in truck, trailer, automotive trade, workshop or retail environments preferred
• Confident using catalogue systems, POS and inventory software
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear communicator with a strong customer‑service mindset
• Reliable, team‑focused and solutions‑oriented
• LF licence highly regarded
