As an Assistant Store Manager at Burson, you’ll play a hands-on role in leading day-to-day operations, driving sales, and motivating your team to perform at their best.

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support our Springvale branch. At Burson, you’re never just a number—you’ll be part of a supportive, close‑knit team working together to connect our people, our customers, and our business every single day.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
• Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & development
• Assisting with inventory control
• Maintaining store standards and adhere to company policies, procedures and OH & S compliance
• Supporting the Store Manager 
• Leading and supporting your team

• An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
• Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
• The ability to engage with, and motivate team members
• Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
• OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
• Current full drivers license
